For over forty years the Cappelli family has carried out the bakery business still following the old recipes of the artisanal tradition, personally taking care of the success of each single product and selecting the best raw materials on the market to offer its customers a genuine product of great quality.
Together with the Ferrara bread, in our laboratories are produced many other types of bread and bakery products:
Rosette, Baguette, Arabic, Maggiolini, Integral. Type Pugliese, Tuscan Type, Pizzas, Pinzoni, Focacce.
Our pastry shop has a wide range of products:
Sweet and savory fresh pastries, Sweet and savory fresh mignon pastry, Cakes for ceremonies.
Traditional desserts: Pampapato, Ciambella, Tagliolina, Mandorlini del Ponte, Tart, Easter Doves. We supply customers: retail and wholesale.
